The maiden edition of the Volta music awards happened in border town of Aflao on Saturday, 16th February,2019. The event which lasted for hours saw mind-blowing performances by nominees including, KD Bakes , Shishie Nitan, Queen Eyram, Remy J, Quote Max, Danzaki, Jessy, Irene, Nuh prince, Raingad, Chris Phoebus, Dj Tellerone, Wolfman, Fashola, Dj Karanja, 22Foli, Dj Stephen etc.
Thousands from Aflao and its environs turned up in their numbers till their very own, Keeny Ice came to wrap up with an electrifying stage craft.
The groundbreaking edition hosted by Dabi Diamond and Martin Rouny was very successful and so far the best until a new record next year at another location. Dj Blackboi, Dj Sedem and Dj Prospect respectively rocked the audience with amazing selections.

The free concert is one of the pre-events by Eventic GH leading to the second edition of the Helloadipa Volta Music Awards schedule for 9th March, 2019 at the Ho Technical University auditorium in Ho,Volta Region.
The Volta Music Awards is by far the most-welcome celebrated scheme celebrating Volta excellence through music, art and entertainment.
